Hi, I'm Jordan.

I started Bluelike Ceramics as a way to grow my practice and experiment with new ceramic designs.

I mainly work from the wheel, though my process is always changing as I try to find new ways of making. There's something special about a ceramic object like a mug or bowl that gets daily use. A kind of resonance forms as this object becomes personal and part of a familiar ritual. These are the kinds of pieces I love to make, the ones that become like old friends.

My ceramic pieces are all hand-thrown in Amsterdam, in a collective studio space at Keramiek Atelier Amsterdam.

Bluelike pieces are available to be shipped within the EU, UK, and North America. If you're in the Amsterdam area you can also choose the local pickup option at checkout to avoid shipping costs.
